Are you in an abusive relationship and need support? Do you need support and connection to assist you in moving on? Maybe you just need some positivity and connection. This group is for you!
Benefits of participating in support groups include:
Alleviating feelings of loneliness and isolation
Having a space to share openly and honestly about experiences and emotions
Help in gaining a feeling of empowerment, control, and hope
education and information to give you the power to change
This is a group focusing on building self-esteem, developing healthy coping skills, setting healthy boundaries, and more! Come away with an action plan and goals.
Complete the online registration form prior to attending to ensure we have materials and child care. Child care can only be provided if registered.
This series meets Thursdays twice a month, but you can join at anytime. Six sessions will lead to a final gathering and action plan.
